Founded in 1994 by Gil Dukes (Gilbert F. Dukes III), a seasoned Mobile tax attorney, the company has guided individuals, investors, and businesses through successful real estate exchanges for over 30 years.

Forward Exchanges

We guide you through the most common type of 1031 exchange, where you sell your relinquished property first and have 45 days to identify a replacement property and 180 days to close. Our team provides necessary paperwork such that every deadline and IRS requirement is met so your capital gains taxes are fully deferred.

Reverse Exchanges

We facilitate reverse exchanges that allow you to acquire your replacement property before selling your relinquished property, giving you the flexibility to act quickly in competitive markets. We handle the complex titling and holding arrangements required to keep your exchange fully compliant.
